RNC was established to provide support and offer our specialized expertise to industries hydraulic cylinders in their manufacturing process.

Our technical personnel in RNC have the experience and knowledge in manufacturing, repairing and servicing hydraulic cylinders. Since 1997 our core strength is in servicing and repairing of industrial roller and hydraulic cylinder.

At RNC, we design and manufacture hydraulic cylinders in-house with customized specification from our clients. We have all the necessary expertise and workshop facilities, with the latest state -of-the art technology to give you the best product at the most competitive price. We manufacture cylinders of a wide range of specifications in bore and rod sizes with various mounting arrangements.

RNC specializes in the refurbishment of hydraulic cylinders. We completely strip all units and check each part thoroughly for wear and tear tolerance to determine their suitability for re-use to save cost. Upon completion of full scrutiny a detailed inspection report inclusive of quotation will be generated.

The reuse parts are only allowed where possible, otherwise genuine parts will be used. We have worked as a team member with shop-floor engineers for improving and adapting the cylinders to cope with specialized application. With our vast wealth of solid experience, we are able to provide repair service for all type of customized cylinders and specialized in designing high workload cylinder.

At RNC, we pride ourselves of having invested in one of the latest technology, state-of-the art honing machine in the northern region. This machine gives us the capacity to hone and manufacture hydraulic cylinder tubes of up to 500 mm in diameter and 5,000 mm in length.

This capability sets us apart from all our competitors in the northern region. With availability of this technology, all cylinders are manufactured in house to shorten delivery time at minimum cost.

RNC's capabilities include grinding new and used rolls. Highly accurate results can be achieved as well as the ability to grind most common profiles. We grind true radial crowns, convex or concave, straight or stepped type tapers and cylindrical profiles on new and used rolls.

At RNC, we also have facilities for industrial hard chrome plating. Our utmost priority is customer satisfaction. We listen to your needs and respond with sound solution which is the most appropriate to your needs. RNC also adds value to your operations by offering comprehensive hard chrome plating or repairing.

The aim of which is to extend the useful life span of valuable equipment, especially in light of the high cost of replacement. We can easily accommodate large cylinders and parts. 

All repairs which are performed at our facility in RNC are covered with a warranty of three months subject to our inspection of the failed unit. All components, both new and remanufactured that are purchased through RNC are also covered with a three-month warranty subject to normal wear and tear.
